My family and I spent a couple of hours with the Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville (DSAJ) here this morning and our sons had a blast! Lots of activities and positive interactions! Very hygienic facility and accommodating environment. The staff and hosts were great in interacting with the children. Highly recommend giving them a try if you have children! @sunshineplaylearn
Terrible place for toddlers and heartless service.
My toddler got hurt at the bouncer so badly that it broke my heart. It is the worst bump ever. Can you believe that the bouncer was placed in a room with concrete-like hard floor?
Later on as I shadowed my toddler, I was shocked by the countless sharp corners. I genuinely talked to the employee, Alexis, and expressed my concerns. She told me heartlessly that “That’s why we asked you to sign the waiver.” It seems like they take the waiver as a way to take no liability.
This is my only negative review towards any business. And I will continue to file a formal complaint. Hope to see some improvements and less kids get hurt.
My kids love it here!! I love that it’s all Montessori style play items, no light up or crazy sound toys. We routinely come when they open, leave for naps, and come back because each pass is good for the whole day. If you come in the morning, they often have a special class (Sensory Art, Kid Yoga, etc) and the class is included in your admission. We’ve spent many many hours there and the staff is always amazing. The place is always spotless too. The staff makes rounds every 30 min-1hr and picks up items, return them to their stations, cleans areas with non-toxic cleaner, and just generally straighten up. And I love the snack area in the back fully equipped with adult and kid size tables/chair, high chairs, and free coffee or tea. They also sell snacks up front if you didn’t bring your own. Initially the price seemed a bit steep for me but it’s been well worth it every time we come.
My daughter absolutely loves this place! Such a great idea, and great location to meet other moms. Let the kiddos run around and use their imagination!
I have brought my daughter here multiple times, and I’ve always had a great experience with both the staff and the variety of toys that they offer!
Excellent for little ones. My 2 and 4 year old enjoyed the many different play areas. It's great for imagination playing. Clean and bright atmosphere.
I can't write enough good things about this place. Absolutely wonderful versatile indoor playground for toddlers. It is suppose to be for kids but the way everything is set up I don't suggest this place if your kids are in elementary school already. You can't run around, there are too many toddlers playing.
Extremely satisfied! The one running the facility was clear and informative. The play session flew by quickly for the kids! We will definitely be back next week with my nephews and children. This is the best spot for imaginative play, socialization practice, and parent-child bonding. Recommend 5/5.
Such a cute and much needed venue. Wonderful place to meet other moms on their journeys. Your babies and toddlers will love all the options to explore their physical abilities and expand their imaginations. They provide free coffee, free wifi, and a snack area, so plan one spending some time here. They also have classes you can drop in. Very clean and well managed. Don’t forget your socks! We will definitely be back.
